Mudaraba Project Overview
This is a Mudaraba project, which follows a profit-loss sharing agreement. Under the Mudaraba principle, the investors are referred to as Saheb-al-Mal and Agro Next acts as the Mudarib. In this arrangement, investors will contribute their capital, while Agro Next will invest its efforts, expertise, and time. The investors' funds will be used to finance farmers in the cultivation of ginger. Upon completion of the cultivation, the produce will be sold, and the profits will be shared with the investors. Please note that investors will not be able to exit the project in the event of an emergency, and the invested capital will not be returned before the project’s closure. -

Risk Factors
-
Ginger Plant Diseases:
Several diseases may affect ginger plants, potentially hindering their growth and causing significant losses. If these diseases are not adequately managed, they can reduce both the quality and quantity of the harvest. -
Preventive Measures:
To mitigate the impact of these diseases, regular spraying of the ginger plants will be implemented. In addition, Agro Next will ensure consistent care and monitoring to maintain plant health, thereby minimizing the risk of disease-related damage. -
Natural Disasters:
In the event of unforeseen natural disasters, such as heavy rainfall or flooding, the ginger crop may be adversely affected. These environmental factors may damage the plants and lead to potential losses. Agro Next will carefully manage the risk associated with such disasters to minimize their impact on the ginger production.
