1) Project Overview
This is a buy-and-sell agreement (Bai’ Murabaha Muajjala: A contract on sale of a product at a deferred price, with an agreed-upon profit added to the original cost). Agro Next will execute the Murabaha Muajjala agreement under the authority granted by the investors.
There will be no opportunity for investors to exit in case of emergencies. We cannot return your investment before the project closure.
2) Duration of Investment
This investment will last for 6 months.
3) ROI (Return on Investment)
Investors will receive an 11% return on their investment (ROI) by Bai' Murabaha Muajjala, Total Payments will fulfill over 6 months, after all deductions by Agro Next.
Total Payment for a 20,00,000 Taka investment will be 22,20,00 Taka.
4) Investment Part
The minimum investment is 5,000 TK, but investors can invest up to 30% of the project limit.
5) Loss Sharing
1. Under the Murabaha Muajjala principle (A contract on sale of a product at a deferred price, with an agreed-upon profit added to the original cost), investors are not responsible for any business losses after the product is handed over to the merchant. Therefore, there will be no loss-sharing from the business after this handover.
If any loss or damage occurs after purchasing the products from the supplier/vendor but before selling them to the merchant, the investors will bear the loss.
2. The responsibility to repay the investors lies entirely with the merchant. If, for any reason, the merchant does not make the payment, Agro Next is not responsible. The merchant alone is accountable for any dishonest actions, fraud, intentional neglect, or false representation by their employees, representatives, or contractors, as well as for any legal liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded.
6) Service Charge
The merchant will purchase the products listed in the “Contract Conditions” section with a 14% markup (murabaha muajjala profit) on the actual purchase cost. This markup (murabaha muajjala profit) will be divided into two parts: the investor's portion at 11% and a Wakalah Fee /Representative Fee (Agro Next Fee) at 3%.
7)Contract Conditions

1. Investors appoints Agro Next to purchase the product (Baby Fish, Feed, Medicine and related equivalent risk items) from the Supplier (Vendor), at a product price of BDT 20,00,000
2. Agro Next then will sell the products to the MERCHANT on a Murabaha Muajjala basis over 6 months for BDT 22,80,000
3. The Customer (Merchant) agrees to pay the selling price to Agro Next on a deferred payment plan through fixed installments.
8) Risk Factor
- Risk: Shortage of working capital to expand operations.
Mitigation: Seeks external funding to scale up operations and maximize utilization of the project. - Risk: Market price fluctuations for fish.
Mitigation: Establishes strong market linkages to ensure stable revenue. - Risk: Disease outbreaks in fisheries.
Mitigation: Implements preventive health management practices, regular monitoring, and consultation with experts. - Risk: Limited technical resources for large-scale expansion.
Mitigation: Leverages the owners’ combined expertise and seeks technical support and training when required.
9) Payment Delay
Agro Next has conducted an in-house analysis of the projected returns for this business and expects to repay on time. If we will face any trouble, we will inform the investor's to extend for some days.
10) Authorization Letter
During the investment form submission, investors must download, fill out, and submit the authorization letter. If this is not done, Agro Next will reject the investment.
11) Security
Agro Next provides the following documents to investors:
- Money Receipt from Agro Next
- Contract Deed between the Investor and Agro Next (with a 300 TK stamp)
